My love of the stage and performance came early in life. From the age of three, I trained as a classical ballet dancer falling in love with the stage and igniting my ambition to be an actress.
While studying the methods of Constantin Stanislavski and Uta Hagen at the prestigious Drama Centre London, I was fortunate enough to count the likes of Michael Fassbender, Tom Hardy, Russell Brand and other notables amongst my fellow actors.
My rigorous training was mentored by Drama Centre co-founders Yat Malgrem, who formalized the marriage of movement with acting, and Christopher Fettes, who combined the traditional European method with Stanislavski’s contemporary style. Both were key figures in England’s theatre scene throughout the mid- to late 20th century and I consider them to be two of my most influential mentors.
